Warehouse Operative

Full time and Permanent working Monday to Friday 15:00 – 00:00
Salary up to £23,500 with a variety of benefits including as follows:

Due to Business growth, we have been requested to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Andover to join their successful distribution team.
The successful Warehouse Operative will report to the Warehouse Manager.
The purpose of this position will be to provide a high level of service when distributing products to a large array of loyal customers.
The duties and responsibilities will include as follows:
- Assist with accurate picking of stock for next day delivery.
- Loading of company vehicles ensuring order sheet is cross referenced.
- Safe use of Counterbalance and / or aisle master forklift.
- Accurate updating of stock levels within an electronic ERP system.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Experience of loading vans and lorries with an understanding of weight distributions.
- Safe handling Awareness.
- Computer literate and confident with the use of an electronic ERP system.
- Self-motivation and a team player.
This is a physically demanding position.
