My client is looking for someone to join their small team, helping to drive the company forward within their market selling their products to a variety of customers from commercial clients to private individuals.
The company has been established for several years, and the role itself will be supporting the Director daily to convert sales opportunities for the company’s products which are innovative within their market.
The main duties within the role of Technical Sales Engineer will be:
- Generating sales leads through various methods
- Following up on enquiries through telephone and electronic means
- Helping in the expansion of existing markets and growing new markets
- Occasional site visits for sales meetings
- Customer support and technical assistance
With the position being within a small growing company, no day will be the same and you will be able to have input with the growth of the business, so this is a great opportunity for the right individual.
Candidate profile
- Previous experience within a sales-based role, ideally within the construction industry although other industries will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills
- PC Literate
