Our client who is based in the heart of Bath, is currently looking for a receptionist to join their established team, in their modern practice. Within this busy role, you will be responsible for supporting the practice and providing an excellent service to customers. 


  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers
  • Managing customer appointments
  • Booking appointments
  • Answering telephone queries promptly and accurately
  • Handling payments
  • Assisting customers with products on offer

Skills and experience:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Approachable
  • Professional and presentable


The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8.45 am – 5.30 pm, working every other Saturday (with a day off in the week working 5 days over 6)
