People and Culture Coordinator

£25,000 per annum

Outskirts of Devizes

Permanent – Full-time or part-time

Working in partnership with my client, we are looking to recruit a People and Culture Coordinator to join their busy team based in the Devizes area.

You will be responsible for looking after all employees and be a champion for all things people, culture and community. You must be a positive, personable, sociable individual and have a passion for service excellence and put the employees at the heart of everything you do.

This People and Culture role would be the ideal role for someone who enjoys the opportunity to manage processes as you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting a team with various initiatives to help create an inclusive and supportive environment where employees have the ability to reach their full potential.


  • Create and deliver exciting ways of engaging colleagues, including assisting with planning and managing the coordination of various social events
  • Assist with the recruitment process including, initial screening, CV checking and onboarding
  • Supporting the employee journey
  • Ensure professional development opportunities are implemented and colleagues are supported
  • Contribute to the internal communication strategy and the People & Culture Strategy
  • Ensure all employees information and documentation is kept updated
  • Check all policies are current and correct
  • General administration, minute taking and meeting attendance

Person Specification:

  • Any previous experience working with a talent/people and culture role would be advantageous
  • Proactive approach to working with the ability to use own initiative
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Have an awareness of managing social media platforms
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Friendly, approachable and helpful
  • Enhanced DBS check (conducted by the company)
  • Car driver
