Mobile Plant Operative

£26-27K Per annum
Our client is currently requiring a Mobile Plant Operative to join their recycling facility in Calne.
Key Responsibilities:
- To operate fixed and mobile plant in a safe and efficient manner
- To repair and maintain work on fixed and mobile plant
- To complete daily inspection sheets of the conditions of fixed and mobile plant
- To report problems or defects of fixed and mobile plant to the site supervisorTo ensure all plant and machinery is operating and maintained in accordance with health and safety
About you:
- Ideally, you will hold a current telescopic handler licence
- Ideally, you will have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally, you will be able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Ideally, you will have experience within a waste or recycling environment
This position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 22:00.
Please note: Candidates must be able to carry out manual handling activities.
