Tutor / Assessor – Leadership, Team leading, Mentoring and Coaching
Responsible To: Delivery Manager Department Apprenticeships Division Skills

Permanent and Full time
A great role for somebody who is a tutor already or has the vocational experience to teach and wants to share their knowledge with others so a teaching qualification is not essential but is an advantage.
You will be somebody who has maybe worked in an L and D role or a manager that has mentored significant numbers of staff and set them up to succeed as managers themselves
You will of course have to have an understanding and working knowledge of

Apprenticeship standards
The ideal candidate will deliver relevant training to their cohorts, set SMART targets, and monitor progress with regular reviews.
You will be a people person and be able to communicate effectively with both learner and employer and develop positive relationships
Customer service is paramount and you will be a person who delivers outstanding customer service and encourages collaborative partnerships
Commercial Awareness – you will have the ability to understand what makes a business or organisation successful and how your actions can impact on the success of the business
if you have the following qualifications it is an advantage but not essential as my client will consider the experience
- Leadership & Management Level 5 (Desirable)
- Coaching level 5 (Desirable)
- An appropriate assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA)
- Verification or quality assurance qualification (D34/V1/TAQA) (Desirable)
