Working for a truly international consultancy, this role will be placed in a small HR consulting team based in Bristol and home.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about showcasing their ability to research HR policies in various international territories and be able to advise clients about best practices in a fast-paced professional environment.

Role Purpose

Support clients with their international compensation and employee benefit requirements.

Role Duties

  • Liaise with local brokers to research local country benefits standards.
  • Assist with the set-up of new benefits schemes for clients.
  • Administer benefits schemes- includes liaising with new client employees to ensure that they are enrolled, leavers are removed, and any in-years changes are recorded.
  • Maintain insurance policy/member database.
  • Maintain an internal database of international benefits practices, trends and benchmark data to enable tailored compensation profiling for clients.
  • Assist with drafting of country guides and client handbooks.
  • Assist with marketing materials such as webinars, blogs etc.
