Interested in a temporary contract until the end of December 2022?
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a global and dynamic organisation, to provide temporary support to the HR team. You will have the chance to assist with the administration of their various recruitments campaigns and gain invaluable experience within this international company.
Duties will include;-
- Assisting the HR team with the recruitment process
- Supporting with internal and external inquiries
- Maintaining paper, digital and electronic HR records
- Assisting with HR events
- Creating letters and contracts from templates
- Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc tasks
- To assist with data collection and mail merge letters
- Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar recruitment / administrative role in Human Resources
- IT literate with good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High level of interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good time management and planning & organising skills
- Attention to detail is vital
- Good and clear communicator
- Can do attitude
