Early Years Trainer Assessor

(Apprenticeship level 3 new standards in childcare)

Liverpool region with travel

£22000 to £ 24000 a year

 

Permanent 

37.5 hours a week

 

A great opportunity to join a forward-thinking training provider is now available for a trainer assessor to deliver the new standard apprenticeship in early years/childcare at level 3

This role will be working with an established training provider that is enjoying a huge period of growth.

The role would suit somebody who is a qualified assessor with a TAQA/ CAVA / A1 or equivalent assessor award and vocational experience of working in an early- years setting.

You will be part of a team of trainer /assessors working mainly with SME’s across the community in and around the Liverpool region

 Ideally, you will have a level 3 qualification in Childcare or above

Sector experience

A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential

The caseloads of learners are approximately 35 to 40 learners in the cohort.  An e-portfolio system is used called One- file but if you have any e-portfolio experience this is an advantage.

You will travel across the region to meet with learners in their place of work and liaise with employers throughout the learner journey to the completion of their qualification

Due to the nature of the role any offer will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check
