Delivery Driver / Warehouse Person

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (37.5-hour week) with overtime available.

We are working in partnership with our client who are a progressive workshop which has built up a reputation for supplying high quality bespoke furniture and joinery into some of the country’s finest homes and workspaces.
We are recruiting for an experienced, competent, and reliable delivery driver with warehouse duties involved.
You will be responsible to make deliveries and collections of completed products and material to for customers.
The breakdown of driving and warehouse duties will be 75% driving and 25% warehouse duties.
The successful candidate must have a clean UK Driving Licence with previous experience in a similar role and provide high levels of Customer Service and presentation to customers whilst representing our client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including the following:
- Safe, accurate and timely deliver and collection of materials and products to customer and the production and manufacturing department.
- Ensure high levels of customer service is provided at all times when communicating with customers.
- Provide assistance within the warehouse / manufacturing areas with housekeeping and material movement.
- Accurate allocation and stock level control of material.
- This position can sometimes be physically demanding.
