Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

Up to £22,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor who thrives within a small but very busy team? Would you love to work for a market leading specialist in the Calne area? Well if so, then this could be the position for you!

Working in partnership with my client, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join their well-established team in Calne. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, whilst supporting internal and external team to achieve business objectives and service goals.

The role:

  • Process new and repeat customer orders
  • Pro-actively contact existing and new customers to increase sales
  • Acknowledge customer complaints
  • Build strong business relationships
  • Design and produce in-house artwork to customer requirements
  • Update and maintain the in-house system
  • General administration

Person specification:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.

*Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be beneficial*
