Customer Service Coordinator

3+ Month Temporary Contract

Full Time Hours & Office Working


Up to £13.00 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to accurately process customer information, purchase orders, delivery schedules, sales orders, quotes and order acknowledgements.

You will also be a customer advocate, promoting the needs of the customer within various departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Accurate and timely processing of customer information, Purchase Orders, Delivery Schedules, Sales Orders, Quotes and order acknowledgments.

* Be a Customer Advocate, promoting the needs of the customer within internal departments.

*Liaise with other departments through email, telephone and face to face to resolve issues relating to service delivery.

* Daily service delivery communications with customers.

Candidate Specification:

* Previous Customer Service / Administration experience.

* Very good rapport building skills.

* Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation and administrative skills.

* Experience of achieving or supporting the achievement of business KPIs.

* Good IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
