Customer Service Coordinator
Temporary Contract (ASAP – Dec 2022)

Up to £13.00 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to accurately process customer information, purchase orders, delivery schedules, sales orders, quotes and order acknowledgements.
You will also be a customer advocate, promoting the needs of the customer within various departments.

Key responsibilities will include:
* To maintain accurate order book information in line with customer requirements.
* To develop positive relationships with key customer company contacts, proactively communicating service delivery information.
* To achieve service KPIs to process all purchase orders, sales order acknowledgments, quotes, order book status updates and order book re-alignments within the Service Level Agreements in place with customers or within local rules where an SLA does not exist.

Candidate Specification:
* Previous Customer Service experience.
* Very good rapport building skills.
* Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation and administrative skills.
* Experience of achieving or supporting the achievement of business KPIs.
* Good IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
