Customer Service Co-Ordinator


Full-Time – Permanent

Salary £20,000 – £22,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently looking for an Customer Service Co-Ordinator who is interested in customer service to join a busy office team. You will be supporting the business, giving high quality admin and customer service support

The duties and responsibilities of the role cover the following –

  • Assist with the filing and archiving of documentation (online and offline) supporting the sales team
  • Complete administrative tasks including customer engagement, and document filing
  • Data entry and maintaining all databases
  • Contacting customers and potential customers for paperwork
  • Answering the phones, taking messages, transferring customers, and assisting the sales team with their customer enquiries
  • Assist with other administrative as necessary

 You will possess the following skills –

  • Good level of communication
  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email competently
  • Able to take instruction
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform wide range of administrative tasks
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload

Working hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm with an hour lunch or 8.30am – 5.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break
