Customer Service Administrator

Up to £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Do you previous sales order processing / customer service experience? Do you have an enthusiastic and professional manner and thrive working within the busy team environment? If so, then this could be position for you!

This is a unique opportunity for an engaging and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join a market leading company in Calne. Your role will entail supporting the Sales Team, ensuring that the best possible customer service is given!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls customer queries
  • Creating quotations and orders
  • Liaise with the other departments to ensure orders are produced on time
  • Send out correspondence to customers
  • Keep up to date and accurate records
  • Place order requests
  • General administration

Person specification:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Able to work within a small but busy team
  • Upbeat and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Methodical, logical and organised approach
  • Excellent attention to detail

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am – 5pm.

There is free on-site parking for the successful candidate. Due to the client’s location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
