6 Month Fixed Term Contract

My client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy and well-established team in Westbury. You will be providing administrative support to the department, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate, whilst maintaining regular communication with customers.
- Be the first point of contact for queries
- Input data on to the in-house CRM
- Obtain quotations for materials
- Diary management
- Prepare ad modify documents for the team
- Maintain electronic and paper filing system
- Prepare quotations
- Liaise with engineers
- Resolve invoice queries
- Update and maintain documentation
- General administration
- Previous administration experience
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organised and methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible approach
Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week).
Although this fixed term contract will initially be for 6 months, the role could be extended or become permanent for the right candidate.
