My client, a leading employer in Bath, is looking for an Administrator to join their busy team. You will be responsible for managing deadlines, organising the collation of documents and providing support across multiple departments.
- Ensure suppliers have valid accounts
- Set up accounts for new suppliers
- Process orders
- Maintain accurate records
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Minute taking
- Assist with booking external venues for events
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Good IT skills
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
