Due to continued growth, my esteemed client is seeking a pro-active Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team in Corsham. Working within a small team of 3, you will have experience working with a variety of systems in a financial environment, be commercially aware and demonstrate your understanding of accurate, timely data input.

The role:

  • Purchase Ledger
  •  
  • Matching stock invoices to booking sheets
  •  
  • Investigating discrepancies
  •  
  • Raising debit notes
  •  
  • Preparing weekly creditor payments
  •  
  • Filing all correspondence
  •  
  • Sales Ledger posting
  •  
  • Responding to queries
  •  
  • Supporting the Finance Manager when required
  •  

Person specification:

  •  
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  •  
  • AAT qualified
  •  
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  •  
  • Highly numerate
  •  
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  •  
  • Pro-active and professional approach
  •  
  • Confident liaising with people at all levels
  •  

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, but part time hours will be considered and it will be based in the office in Corsham.
