Fully remote role working as an Account Executive for an expanding FinTech/software business.
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our sales team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Holding discovery meetings with prospects to identify their requirements, pain points, and key business drivers.
- Delivering tailored and in-depth software demonstrations to small prospects through Teams.
- Booking demonstrations on behalf of senior sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engaging with new customers through live chat, email, and telephone.
- Systematically contacting lost leads to determine re-engagement opportunities.
- Keeping accurate lead information in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Using initiative to expand the sales pipeline through various channels.
- Supporting trial accounts and answering any questions they may have.
- Keeping up-to-date with competitor and market knowledge, as well as the products and industry-related information.
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and ensuring a seamless sales cycle.
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the products, best practices, and tax considerations.
- Producing custom pricing proposals and providing relevant sales collateral.
- Managing customer requirements throughout the sales process.
- Tracking customer engagement and usage after a successful close.
